Job summary

MRIoA, Medical Review Institute of America, is seeking Board-Certified Dermatologists to perform independent Utilization Reviews. This flexible, remote opportunity requires only 1–2 hours per week with no minimum commitment.

Practice is remote from anywhere in the U.S., with HIPAA-compliant handling of records. Position is an Independent Contractor (1099) role, with eligibility in Indiana, Kentucky, Nevada, Oregon, Oklahoma, South Carolina or Texas.

Qualifications

• MD or DO medical degree is required.
• Current, unencumbered state medical license in one of: IN, KY, NV, OR, OK, SC or TX.
• Board Certification in Dermatology is required.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience; residency can be counted.
• Daytime availability for peer-to-peer conversations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent Utilization Reviews in Dermatology.
• Perform reviews remotely with a flexible 1–2 hours per week commitment.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements.
