You will prepare patients, assist physicians, perform basic lab tests, and maintain records while traveling between sites. A high school diploma and MA certification are preferred, with experience in dermatology and EHR proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; MA certification preferred.
• Experience as Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and dermatology practices.
• Strong communication and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
• Willingness to travel throughout Michigan and across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.
• Proven experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and practices relevant to dermatology.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients and staff effectively.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and general office software.
• Travel throughout Michigan. Schedule will be created weekly but travel could change daily dependent on business needs
• Could travel to multiple sites in a day
