Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from a 4-year college or university.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years.
• Proven track record of high performance and selling to large accounts.
• Self-starter with analytical skills and ethical leadership.
• Ability to travel 60–80% within a broad geography and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and resolve challenges within accounts to meet customer needs with tailored solutions.
• Build a strategic territory plan by aligning priorities and applying market insights to drive demand and patient outcomes.
