Water's Edge Dermatology in Stuart, FL is seeking a per-diem Surgical Medical Assistant to support providers during consultations and surgical procedures. You will prepare exam rooms, maintain sterility, and ensure accurate charting in the EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Assisting providers in delivering quality patient care.
• Greeting and preparing patients for examinations and treatments.
• Providing side-by-side assistance with surgical procedures.
• Assisting with instrument sterilization and room organization.
• Reviewing medical history and maintaining patient records in the EMR.
• Obtaining appropriate patient consents when necessary.
• Call in prescriptions and handle administrative duties as needed.
