Responsibilities

• Perform laser and light-based treatments per protocol and under physician supervision.
• Deliver skin-health services: hydrating facials, dermaplaning, and chemical peels.
• Conduct skin consultations (Visia analysis), map treatment series, and set honest expectations.
• Screen skin types and contraindications; document treatments and settings.
• Recommend medical-grade skincare regimens and retail honestly: what the skin needs.
• Maintain devices, treatment rooms, and safety standards.
