Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience, preferably in dermatology or procedural medicine.
• Experience in high-end dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic medicine, concierge medical, or luxury hospitality preferred.
• Familiarity with dermatologic procedures and EMR systems.
• Comfort with injections, sterile technique, and procedural assistance.
• Excellent clinical judgment, organizational and communication skills.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented and discreet.
• Minimum one year commitment; two years strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-procedure care and patient education per physician instructions.
• Coordinate labs, pathology, prior authorizations, and follow-up care.
• Triage calls and messages; document and escalate clinical concerns.
• Assist physician during medical and cosmetic dermatology procedures.
• Administer medications and injections within RN scope.
• Maintain EMR documentation and clinical photography.
• Support clinical team and physician-directed workflows.
• Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, and sterilization standards.
• Prepare, clean, restock, and turnover rooms as part of daily workflow.
• Develop clinical protocols under physician direction as needed.
• Train to perform select advanced laser treatments as designated.
• Work within RN scope and seek physician guidance when unclear.
• Stay engaged in procedural assistance and operational tasks.
• Deliver personalized care while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Protect patient privacy for high-profile patients.
• Maintain polished, calm patient experience in a high-end practice.
