Job summary

Tareen Dermatology is expanding into Fargo, North Dakota, seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a brand-new dermatology clinic. This full-time position focuses on direct patient care, procedures, education, and team collaboration under dermatology providers.

The RN will assist with assessments, procedures, documentation, and care coordination in a fast-paced clinical environment. Dermatology experience is preferred but not required, with a pathway to licensure in ND if needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Dakota or ability to obtain it.
• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dermatology setting.
• Team player with bedside manner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for dermatology examinations and procedures.
• Review medical histories, collect vital signs, and address patient concerns.
• Assist physicians with dermatologic and surgical procedures, including biopsies, excisions, and cosmetic treatments.
• Provide wound care, suture removal, and post-procedure education.
• Document encounters and procedures in the EMR.
• Submit orders and coordinate lab testing.
• Handle and label specimens.
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies and equipment.
• Support OSHA, HIPAA, CLIA compliance.
• Perform additional clinical and administrative duties.
