Job summary

QualDerm Partners in Nashville seeks a Dermatology Resident Physician to moonlight at our dermatology clinics, offering hands-on clinical experience in a private practice setting while maintaining your residency training schedule.

You will conduct consultations, perform in-office procedures, and collaborate with our dermatologists, with mentoring and opportunities for ongoing roles after residency. Flexible weekend shifts and competitive hourly compensation support your training.

Qualifications

• Currently in 3rd year of Dermatology Residency or above.
• Hold a Full State Medical License.
• Eligible to moonlight per residency policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new and established patient consultations and dermatologic assessments
• Perform in‑office procedures (biopsies, cryotherapy, lesion removals, etc.)
• Collaborate with experienced dermatologists and clinical staff
• Provide follow‑up care and patient education
