Job summary

JobSnob is seeking a Prescription Access Specialist to drive engagement with healthcare providers and office staff, expanding our dermatology prescription services utilization. You will educate prescribers on online prescription services and advocate for cost-effective patient access.

The role requires sales experience, a consultative approach, and the ability to own a territory while delivering measurable adoption and fulfillment improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 1–2 years of direct B2B sales experience in a commission-based role.
• Light Pharma Sales is ok.
• Strong presentation skills (oral and written) required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• HCP Engagement & Education: Build and maintain strong relationships with providers, educating them on the prescription service solutions that enhance prescription accessibility and improve patient adherence.
• Prescription Fulfillment Growth: Drive adoption of the prescription service by positioning the channel as a cost-effective, hassle-free alternative to traditional fulfillment.
• Market Development & Execution: Analyze territory trends and develop targeted access strategies to maximize script volume.
• Patient Access Advocacy: Partner with HCP offices to remove barriers to prescription access, providing actionable insights for low-cost options.
• Business Performance & Sales Execution: Own and drive sales objectives within an assigned territory, identifying opportunities for increased channel utilization and prescription conversion.
• Develop strategic engagement plans to increase awareness and adoption of our prescription service.
• Collaborate with offices, prescribers, and pharmacy liaisons to drive seamless prescription fulfillment and patient access.
• Analyze prescribing trends and access barriers to position the channel as a viable solution.
