Job summary

Schweiger Dermatology Group seeks a dedicated Dermatology Advanced Practical Provider with at least one year of experience to join our growing team in Port Jervis, NY. You will provide general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care, diagnose conditions, and prescribe medications.

This full-time position offers extensive cosmetics training, HIPAA/OSHA compliance, and a supportive work environment with competitive compensation and relocation/signing bonuses.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license.
• Master’s Degree from an accredited program.
• 1–2 years of dermatology professional experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients of all ages with general, surgical, and/or cosmetic care.
• Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance the quality of service and care offered to patients.
• Examine, diagnose, and inform patients to determine dermatological treatments.
• Monitor and report on treatment progress.
• Prescribe medication.
• Work with HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
• Group will offer extensive training in cosmetics if interested.
