Macias Dermatology, a physician-led dermatology practice in California's Central Valley, is expanding through Magnus MSO to offer ownership opportunities while preserving clinical autonomy and direct patient care.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification or board eligibility must be eligible to practice in California.
• Willingness to lead and develop clinical teams.
• Active California Medical License is required.

Macias Dermatology is a physician-led, rapidly expanding dermatology practice in California's Central Valley. We built this practice on a simple principle: clinical excellence, genuine work-life balance, and provider autonomy. We're now scaling through Magnus, our Management Services Organization, creating real ownership opportunities for physicians who want to grow without the burden of running a business.

We deliver comprehensive general dermatology across medical and surgical specialties-skin cancer treatment, complex dermatologic conditions, procedural dermatology, and cosmetic services. Our clinical team includes experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) who work under physician supervision, allowing you to lead while maintaining direct patient care and clinical autonomy.

Most employed positions offer stability but no equity. Most private practices offer equity but crushing administrative overhead. We offer both: ownership participation in a scalable MSO without the headaches. You practice medicine. We handle the business. You build equity as we grow-across four locations and counting.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $350,000-$450,000/year (negotiable based on experience)

• $25,000 Sign-On Bonus

• 20 PTO days/year
