Job summary

Essentia Health's Mid Dakota Bismarck Gateway Clinic is seeking a Physician Assistant to join a Dermatology team. The role supports follow-up care after initial dermatology consultations, working closely with dermatologists and nurses to provide patient-centered care.

The successful candidate will hold a PA license (state-appropriate), have dermatology experience, and demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physician Assistant program.
• Current PA licensure in the appropriate state.
• Current CPR certification.
• National certification in applicable area.
• Successful Essentia Health credentialing prior to practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist in follow-up care after initial dermatology consults.
• Provide care independently and with physicians/nurses.
• Emphasize health promotion and disease prevention.
• Manage chronic diseases and patient education.
