Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient dermatology care as part of a collaborative team in a high-volume, referral-based practice.
• Customize your practice by tailoring your mix of clinic and procedure time based on clinical interests, including general dermatology, Mohs, and future opportunities in cosmetics.
• Practice at two modern clinic locations (Whittier and La Mirada), fully equipped with the latest dermatology technologies and tools.
• Support a growing service line with plans to open additional sites.
• Maintain work-life balance with a flexible 4-day work week, outpatient-only responsibilities, and no call.
• Provide comprehensive care in a one-stop-shop clinic model where biologics, incisions, fillers, ENT, plastics, cosmetics, aesthetics, Mohs surgery, and laser treatments are available.
• Collaborate with a cohesive team including 4 dermatologists (one Mohs surgeon), 2 PAs, and a skilled support staff, guided by engaged physician leaders.
• Contribute to the development of cosmetics initiatives and potential future aesthetic clinic opportunities (timeline in development).

Qualifications

• Current California medical license or eligibility
• Graduate from an accredited medical school
• Graduate from an accredited dermatology residency program
• Evidence of continuing education and self-development to support license requirements
• American Board of Dermatology certified or eligible
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and treat general skin conditions
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Strong patient rapport, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to work independently

Compensation

Compensation Range: $500K-$550K
