Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Dermatology Physician for locum tenens coverage in Duluth, MN. Start ASAP with a pay rate of $208.55–$225.75 per hour. Schedule is Monday–Friday daytime with 15–20 minute patient appointments in an outpatient setting.

Cases include skin cancers, moles, tumors, dermatitis, hair and nail conditions; Mohs or cosmetic surgery are not required. Credentialing typically takes 45–120 days, with Epic used for records. Board-eligible physicians are eligible to apply.

Qualifications

• Board eligible in Dermatology.

Responsibilities

• Provide dermatology consultations with 15–20 minute appointments.
• Treat skin cancers, moles, dermatitis and other dermatologic conditions.
• Perform biopsies, excisions, and dermatologic surgery steps when indicated.
• Coordinate care for outpatient dermatology patients within Epic EMR workflow.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime; 15–20-minute appointments, with lunch blocked

Practice Setting: Outpatient

Types of Cases: Dermatology; skin cancers, moles, tumors, dermatitis, skin disorders, hair and nail conditions, biopsies, excisions, dermatologic surgery, electrosurgery, and cryosurgery. No Mohs or cosmetic surgery.

Credentialing Timeframe: 45–120 days

Electronic Medical Record: Epic

Certifications Required: Board Eligible
