Qualifications

• Medical dermatology: diagnosis and management of acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, skin cancer.
• Surgical dermatology: hands-on biopsies, cryosurgery, electrodessication and curettage.
• Skin cancer management: diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up for patients with skin malignancies.
• Clinical independence: progressive development of diagnostic judgment and patient management with physician collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Surgical dermatology: Hands-on training in skin biopsies, cryosurgery, electrodessication and curettage, and other office-based procedures, progressing according to demonstrated competency.
• Skin cancer management: Recognition, diagnosis, treatment planning, and appropriate follow-up for patients with skin malignancies.
• Clinical independence: Progressive development of diagnostic judgment, procedural confidence, and efficient patient management, with physician collaboration and support.
