Job summary

Cutting Edge Dermatology in Wise, Virginia, seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with at least five years of dermatology experience to join our team. This full-time, in-person role offers a competitive base salary plus a performance-based bonus and relocation support.

You will work closely with Dr. Autumn Starnes, evaluate and treat patients, perform office-based procedures, educate patients, and guide follow-up care while contributing to a collaborative team focused on quality

Qualifications

• Five years of clinical dermatology experience as a PA or NP.
• Strong clinical judgment and experience performing dermatologic procedures.
• Clear, compassionate communication with patients and colleagues.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat dermatologic conditions through histories and examinations.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans with Dr. Starnes.
• Perform minor surgical and office-based dermatologic procedures.
• Educate patients about skin health, treatment options, preventive care, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with staff to provide coordinated care and patient experience.
