The role provides immediate patient base, growth opportunities, and a patient-centered team.

Requirements include at least one year of dermatology provider experience, Indiana licensure, and a Master’s degree or higher from an accredited PA program.

• 1 year of Dermatology experience as a provider (Required)
• Indiana state licensure
