Britt Medical Search seeks a Board-certified Physician Assistant to join a dermatology practice in central New Jersey. The full-time position offers patient-focused care with support from an experienced specialty group.

The role includes general, surgical and cosmetic dermatology duties, with opportunities for professional growth. Flexible scheduling may include evenings and weekends, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Physician Assistant with an active state license.
• Master’s degree from an accredited PA program.
• 1–2 years of professional dermatology experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Interest in collaborative specialty care and ongoing professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide general, surgical and/or cosmetic dermatology care to patients across age groups.
• Evaluate patients, establish diagnoses and develop individualized dermatologic treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications within the scope of practice and monitor treatment response.
• Communicate progress and treatment recommendations with patients and the clinical team.
• Cosmetic training is available for interested providers.
• Work alongside clinical colleagues and support staff in a professional, patient-focused setting.
• Maintain working knowledge and application of HIPAA and OSHA requirements.
