Job summary

Clear Choice Dermatology is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our provider team across multiple Oregon and Washington clinics. The NP will assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of dermatologic conditions, perform in-office procedures, and educate patients on skin health and prevention, collaborating with dermatologists and our medical leadership.

This full-time, exempt position requires an MSN or DNP, an active APRN license, board certification, and DEA registration.

Qualifications

• MSN or DNP from accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted APRN license with prescriptive authority.
• National board certification (AANP/ANCC).
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain before start.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to credential with CCD plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dermatologic assessments and full-body skin exams.
• Diagnose and treat skin, hair, and nail conditions, with office procedures.
• Identify suspicious lesions and refer to dermatology or Medical Director as needed.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including pathology and labs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with dermatologists.
• Educate patients on skin health, treatments, and sun protection.
• Document encounters in EMA / Modernizing Medicine and ensure timely coding.
• Support quality measures and HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
