Britt Medical Search is seeking a Board-certified Nurse Practitioner for a full-time dermatology position on Eastern Long Island, NY. The role supports general, surgical and cosmetic dermatology care, focusing on patient-centered planning and collaboration with the clinical team.

The ideal candidate holds an active NP license, a Master’s degree, and 1–2 years in dermatology, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills with growth through cosmetic training and multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner with an active state license.
• Master's degree from an accredited nurse practitioner program.
• 1-2 years of professional dermatology experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Interest in collaborative specialty care and ongoing professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide general, surgical and/or cosmetic dermatology care to patients across age groups.
• Evaluate patients, establish diagnoses and develop individualized dermatologic treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications within the scope of practice and monitor treatment response.
• Communicate progress and treatment recommendations with patients and the clinical team.
• Cosmetic training is available for interested providers.
• Work alongside clinical colleagues and support staff in a professional, patient-focused setting.

Schedule

• Full-time opportunity.
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation range: $125,000-150,000+.
• Eligibility for signing and relocation bonuses.
