Job summary

Schweiger Dermatology Group in Jamestown, NY seeks a skilled Dermatology NP or PA to join a fast-paced, patient-centered practice. You will work with board-certified dermatologists to deliver high-quality care in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.

The role offers a competitive base salary plus productivity incentives, plus a signing and relocation bonus. Strong dermatology experience and NY licensure are preferred; BLS certification required.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in New York in good standing.
• Master's degree from an accredited NP/PA program.
• Current DEA and prescriptive authority.
• 2+ years dermatology experience strongly preferred (new grads may be considered).
• BLS certification.
• Excellent bedside manner and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive skin exams and diagnose/manage common dermatologic conditions.
• Conduct full-body skin cancer screenings and identify suspicious lesions.
• Perform biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and other in-office procedures as credentialed.
• Prescribe appropriate treatments, including topical and systemic medications.
• Educate patients on skin health, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and the broader clinical team on complex cases.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
• Optionally offer cosmetic services (Botox, fillers, laser treatments) depending on interest and training.

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dermatologic care to patients of all ages, working closely with our board-certified dermatologists in a fast-paced, well-supported clinical environment.
