QualDerm Partners in Fayetteville, NC is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with dermatology APP experience to join our growing Fayetteville location.

You will provide outpatient dermatology care, develop lasting patient relationships, and work with a supervising physician for clinical consultation. This role is ideal for an APP who demonstrates strong clinical judgment and ownership of a growing practice.

Qualifications

• Two years of dermatology APP experience required.
• Current or eligible North Carolina NP/PA licensure.
• Collaborative approach; strong communication with patients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat dermatology patients.
• Develop treatment plans and provide education and follow-up guidance.
• Consult with supervising physician when clinically appropriate.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff for smooth daily operations.
• Help improve workflows and patient experience.
• Build relationships with patients to support location growth.
