Job summary

Pacific Skin Institute in California is seeking a high-energy licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our dermatology team. A four‑month in‑house training program provides intensive on‑the‑job learning and shadowing across physicians and staff to prepare you as a core provider.

You will lead a clinical team, manage patient care, and contribute to medical writing and education initiatives. Flexible schedules and opportunities for clinical research support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP with ability to obtain/maintain NP license in California.
• Willingness to learn dermatology-specific care and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead a clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a clinical team including MA and Medical Scribe.
• Provide direct patient care and documentation; participate in coverage planning.
• Engage in medical writing for website, newsletters or case reports.
• Participate in weekly provider meetings, lunch & learn sessions, and grand rounds.
• Potential involvement in clinical research based on interest.
