Job summary

The Dermatology Specialists in New York City is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to support busy dermatology clinics. You will be the first point of contact for patients, coordinating scheduling, check-in, and front-desk workflows across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of receptionist experience, strong communication skills, and bilingual English/Spanish. Dermatology experience and familiarity with eClinicalWorks are preferred.

Dermatology Medical Receptionist

Are you passionate about patient care? We are the fastest growing Dermatology practice in the North East with 50+ locations thus far, throughout 4 New York City boroughs, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. We are searching for a friendly, driven, hard-working medical assistant for our Bronx locations. This vacancy does require weekend flexibility and must be able to work between the hours of 8:45 am to 7:00 pm (start/end time may change depending on site).

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a Medical Receptionist
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Detail-oriented and comfortable multi-tasking
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Full time & some weekend availability
• Dermatology experience preferred
• eClinicalWorks experience preferred

Compensation: $18.50 per hour
