Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and dermatology practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with EHR and basic office software.

Responsabilités

• Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs and recording medical history.
• Assist the physician during examinations and procedures; ensure instruments are available.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for analysis.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Schedule appointments and manage clinic communications.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and skincare practices.
• Keep examination rooms clean, organized, and stocked; assist with social media content as directed.
