Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; MA certification preferred.
• Experience as Medical Assistant or similar in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of dermatology terminology.
• Strong communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent organizational skills in fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with EHR and general office software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examination; take vital signs and medical history.
• Assist physician during examinations; ensure instruments ready.
• Perform basic lab tests and prepare specimens.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Schedule appointments and manage office communications.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and skincare.
• Maintain clean, stocked examination rooms.
• Support clinic's social media content and community engagement as directed.
