QualDerm Partners in Springfield, TN is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team. You will support physicians in dermatology and aesthetics care, assisting with exams, patient prep, and routine procedures to ensure a standout patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Medical Assistant or similar clinical role.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and dermatology practices.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and general office software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examination by taking vitals and recording medical history.
• Assist physician during examinations and procedures; ensure instruments are ready.
• Perform basic lab tests and prep specimens for analysis.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Schedule appointments and manage office communications.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, skincare.
• Keep examination rooms clean, organized, and stocked.
