QualDerm Partners in Monroe, NC seeks a Dermatology Medical Assistant to support patient care and clinic operations, preparing patients, taking histories, assisting doctors, and handling specimens.

You will work with EHRs, maintain confidential records, educate patients on treatment plans, and help keep rooms stocked and compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant or in a clinical healthcare environment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, particularly dermatology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for patients and staff.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information professionally.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and common office software is an advantage.

Responsibilities
