Epiphany Dermatology is seeking a service-oriented Medical Assistant to support our growing dermatology network. The MA will play a key role in delivering compassionate patient care, managing patient flow, and supporting daily operations across clinics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of a state-approved Medical Assistant program.
• Employer may consider applicants with extensive experience in lieu of formal education when allowed by state law.

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficient patient flow and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Collect and document patient information and clinical data accurately.
• Respond to care questions or complaints to resolve them promptly.
• Deliver patient care per provider orders and guidelines.
• Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control standards.
• Follow OSHA standards and safety protocols.
• Operate clinical equipment per guidelines.
• Perform time-sensitive tasks such as prescription refills and EHR alerts.
• Manage exam room supplies and stock, monitor expiration dates.
• Participate in staff meetings and provide input for improvements.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
