QualDerm Partners in Marysville, OH is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our dermatology practice. You will take vital signs, document medical history, assist physicians, and support front office tasks as needed to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (MA certification preferred) and proven MA experience. You will work in a fast-paced, confidential environment with EHR systems and a strong emphasis on patient education and quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.
• Proven experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of dermatology terminology and practices.
• Strong communication, verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and general office software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examination by taking vitals and recording medical history.
• Assist physician during examinations and procedures.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens.
• Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Schedule appointments and manage office communications.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, skincare.
• Ensure examination rooms are clean and stocked with supplies.
• Support clinic's social media presence as directed.
