Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records throughout the patient care process
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow effectively
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and skincare routines
• Ensure that examination rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked with medical supplies
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred
• Prior experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar clinical role is beneficial
• Knowledge of medical terminology, particularly dermatological terms
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with patients and team members
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
