Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join a team dedicated to patient care in a fast-paced dermatology practice in Florida. You will greet patients, collect insurance information, schedule appointments, and support front office operations with professionalism and empathy.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, knowledge of medical terminology, and proficient keyboarding (40 wpm) with experience in Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; strong typing (40 wpm) required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate efficient patient entry and check-in.
• Greet patients in a professional manner.
• Provide literature and forms and ensure accuracy of information.
• Copy insurance IDs and driver’s licenses; support front office tasks.
• Assist Office Manager and front office admins with various duties.
• Handle scheduling outreach and patient chart setup; other duties as assigned.
