Formación

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Fellowship trained in Dermatology.
• Board Certified in Dermatology.
• Demonstrated prior leadership experience (division, section, program, or medical directorship).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide academic leadership for dermatology education across medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Oversee clinical teaching, curricula, simulation-based education, electives, and grand rounds.
• Promote faculty engagement in clinical, educational, and research missions.
• Collaborate with MaineHealth leadership to develop policies and guidelines.
• Lead recruitment, development and promotion of dermatology faculty and advanced practice providers.
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered dermatologic care across ambulatory and inpatient settings.
