Responsibilities

• Develop operating procedures and workflows; monitor progress and deliverables; generate reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, and presentations; create agendas; conduct training sessions.
• Develop recruitment and data collection plans with methods and evaluation.
• Create project documentation including procedures, forms, templates, submissions, and manuals.
• Prepare regulatory compliance documents and liaise with IRB, NIH, Clinical Trials Office.
• Direct review and approval of new clinical trials.
• Identify and resolve project issues; implement solutions.
• Manage budgets and resources; process financial transactions.
• Track personnel certifications and training completion.
• Coordinate award tasks; assist with proposals.
• May supervise staff including hiring and performance management.
