Job summary

Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery seeks an Aesthetician to deliver elective cosmetic and therapeutic skincare services under physician supervision. You’ll assess patient goals, perform facials, peels, hair removal, and laser treatments, while educating patients on skincare and products.

Ideal candidates have 6 months of aesthetician experience and state licensure; responsibilities include documentation, maintaining clean treatment areas, and contributing to team efforts in a dermatology

Qualifications

• Six months of aesthetician experience; two years in dermatology preferred.
• Licensed as an aesthetician per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional consultations to assess skincare goals and create care plans.
• Perform treatments such as facials, chemical peels, hair removal, and laser therapy.
• Educate patients on skincare and product use to reinforce treatment goals.
• Document in the patient's electronic health record as required.
• Maintain treatment areas and inventory in OSHA-compliant conditions.
