Jackson Physician Search is excited to present a unique dermatology opportunity in Ashland, Wisconsin. A young, growing program with strong regional demand offers immediate volume and latitude to shape the clinical focus.

You will practice general dermatology with the option to incorporate MOHS surgery and procedural dermatology, supported by an on-site lab and experienced staff, plus input into scheduling and workflow design.

Job description

This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing dermatology program that is only a few years old yet has already established tremendous demand throughout the region.

Practice/Organization Details:

• Join a young and growing dermatology practice with exceptional community demand and significant opportunity for continued expansion
• Current patient demand extends approximately six months out, providing immediate volume without the challenges of building a practice from the ground up
• Enjoy the freedom to make the practice your own, with significant input into scheduling, clinical focus, workflow design, and future growth initiatives
• Practice general dermatology with the flexibility to incorporate procedural dermatology and MOHS surgery based on your interests and training
• Supported by established clinical infrastructure including an on-site laboratory, dedicated technical staff, and 10 recently updated exam and procedure rooms

Compensation & Benefits:

• $700,000 guaranteed base compensation plus additional upside through productivity incentives
• Comprehensive benefits package featuring a $150,000 sign-on bonus and PSLF-eligible student loan repayment
