This is a unique opportunity to step into a full-service general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology practice, originally founded by Dr. Eric Thomas, a New York Hospital–Cornell Medical Center trained dermatologist. The practice is well-established and fully equipped to support a wide range of dermatologic services.
You will be joining a collaborative team that includes one board-certified dermatologist and one experienced physician assistant. The practice is supported by a skilled administrative and clinical staff who manage scribing and non-clinical tasks—allowing you to focus entirely on patient care.
This role offers a no buy-in partnership opportunity with a comprehensive compensation model that includes a competitive base salary, a percentage of collections, profit sharing, and long-term equity in the practice.
