Job summary

Bayview Physicians Group in Coastal Virginia is seeking a Dermatologist to join a busy, outpatient practice within a large, integrated medical network. The role offers an established patient panel, strong referral network, and comprehensive clinical, administrative, and operational support to focus on exceptional patient care.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, perform in-office procedures, provide mentorship for APPs, and work with a 300+ physician and advanced practice team

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive, longitudinal patient-centered care in an outpatient setting while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team.
• Established patient panel and strong referral network from Bayview's primary care and specialty network.
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and perform dermatologic procedures.
• Experience practicing within a large integrated healthcare network with multiple clinics.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based medical procedural therapies
• Perform In Office Dermatologic Procedures
• Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and collaborative support for an APP
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of 300+ physicians and advanced practice providers
