Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• ACGME Residency in Dermatology
• Board certification or eligibility in Dermatology
• Active Utah medical license or ability to obtain one
• Full prescriptive authority and active DEA or ability to obtain one
• Successful Intermountain Health credentialing

Responsibilities

• Provide general dermatology care within a large non-profit health system
• Work with a team of dermatology professionals for quality care and patient experience
• Practice at Budge Dermatology Clinic in Logan, UT
• Maintain scheduling and credentialing support through the Medical Group
