Jackson Physician Search is assisting a mission-driven critical access hospital in southwest Wisconsin. A dermatology physician is sought to join an expanding practice with opportunities to add Mohs or cosmetics, a 3–5 day work week, and strong support staff.

The practice is busy from day one with 4–5 exam rooms per provider and no call, set in a scenic college-town environment. Compensation includes a base guarantee up to $600K annually, a $100K sign-on, and potential earnings around $675K.
