Job summary

LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a Dermatologist for a full-time outpatient practice in Towson, MD. The role involves diagnosing and treating a broad range of skin conditions, performing skin cancer screenings, and engaging in cosmetic procedures if trained.

You will coordinate care with physicians and staff in a patient-centered setting. Qualified candidates hold an MD/DO, are board certified or eligible in Dermatology, and have completed an accredited dermatology residency with an active license.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology.
• Completion of an accredited Dermatology residency.
• Active State Medical License (or eligible to obtain).
• Active DEA registration (or eligible to obtain).
• Experience with EHR systems preferred (NextGen is a plus).
• Training or experience in cosmetic dermatology (Botox and fillers) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin infections.
• Perform comprehensive skin examinations and skin cancer screenings.
• Shave biopsies.
• Punch biopsies.
• Excisional biopsies.
• Cryotherapy.
• Lesion removal and suturing.
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications.
• Educate patients on skincare, treatment options, and preventive care.
• Monitor patient progress through follow-up visits.
• Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists to provide high-quality patient care.
• Perform cosmetic procedures such as Botox and dermal fillers if trained and experienced.
