Physician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C. (PAGNY) is adding a Dermatologist to NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health, a redesigned campus with the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hospital and a new Health + Wellness Institute.

The role involves skin cancer screening, consultations, and inpatient dermatology care. The successful candidate will have a Dermatology residency, NY license, and board eligibility or certification.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited residency program in Dermatology.
• Board eligibility or board certification in Dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology.
• Licensed to practice medicine in New York.

Responsibilities

• Perform skin cancer screenings.
• Provide skin consultations and inpatient dermatology consultations.
• Evaluate skin conditions and screen for systemic diseases.
• Utilize patient histories in skin assessments.
• Prescribe medications for skin conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures of the skin.
• Refer patients to advanced specialists as appropriate.
• Educate patients on skin health, sun protection, and cancer prevention.
• Educate, supervise and mentor Dermatology residents and medical students.

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Dermatologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health. South Brooklyn Health is a redesigned health care campus featuring the new 11-floor Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hospital which provides emergency care, modern labor and delivery suites, and state-of-the-art surgical services. The new Health + Wellness Institute offers outpatient services from primary and preventative care, to specialty services for children and adults, all designed to keep our community healthy. Wages And Benefits Include

• Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $90,672.
• Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.

• Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
• After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.

Annual Base Salary: $350,480*(board eligible); $360,880* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours. The Annual Total Value Of The Compensation Package Is Estimated At, $516,200** (board Eligible) And $527,552** (board Certified), Which Includes The Baseline Salary, 401(k) Contribution, Sessional/per Diem Hours, And Other Factors As Set Forth Below.
