NP Now, LLC in Lancaster, PA seeks a Dermatologist–General Medical Dermatology to join a private practice that is expanding surgical and cosmetic services. The group is replacing retiring physicians and offers a dedicated Mohs surgeon, cosmetics team, and dermatopathology support.

The role features a four-day work week (8:00am–4:30pm), no weekends or on-call, with ~6 patients per hour, and two APPs plus a full administrative/billing staff.

About the Group

Private dermatology group located in Lancaster, PA, specializing in full‑scope dermatology including general and surgical dermatology, cosmetic procedures, Mohs surgery, and dermatopathology. The group has 3 dermatologists, 1 Mohs surgeon, 1 dermatopathologist, and 9 advanced practice practitioners across 6 total locations (5 clinical dermatology offices and 1 cosmetic office). The practice has been physician owned since 1980 and is not affiliated with private equity.

About the Role

Position: Dermatologist – General Medical Dermatology. Anticipating retirements, the group seeks to replace physicians and offer opportunities for surgical procedures through a dedicated Mohs surgeon, cosmetics team, and dermatopathology services.

Location & Schedule

• Location: Lancaster, PA
• Schedule: Four‑day work week, 8:00am – 4:30pm, no weekends, evenings, or hospital call.
• Clinical volume: approximately 6 patients per hour.
• Practice supports two dedicated APPs and medical assistants for each provider, with a fully dedicated administrative and billing department.
• Electronic medical record system: NexTech.
• Project partnership track: 2‑3 year partnership opportunity.

Compensation & Benefits

• Physician earns 40‑42% of generated collections, typically amounting to $630000 in year one.
• Guaranteed minimum income: $350000.
• Relocation reimbursement: up to $10000.
• Annual CME allowance: $2500.
• Paid time off: 4 weeks.
• Paid medical insurance, all medical licenses, and malpractice insurance.
• Retirement plan with 3% company match.

Qualifications
