Position Highlights:

• Position: NSH MDG Board Certified Dermatology
• Location: 880 W Central Road Arlington Heights, IL
• Full Time - 40 hours per week (36 Bookable hours)
• Sign on Bonus: (If eligible) $25,000
• CME: $3,500/year for 1.0FTE. The CME allowance would be prorated for a reduced FTE.

• Salary range: [$ 300,000-618,133 ]. The pay rate offered is determined within the pay range and is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance measures
