The position supports remote work with access to professional trading software and a collaborative elite community of traders. Compensation is performance-based, with background checks prior to joining.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role (proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, or investment bank).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and risk management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make rapid decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

The Derivatives Trader will be responsible for managing a portfolio, developing trading strategies, and risk management decisions for a variety of derivative products including options, futures, and swaps.
