  • Support day‑to‑day broker relationships, including issue resolution, inquiries, escalation, and participation in operational review meetings.
  • Serve as a resource for incoming queries and issues raised by clients, custodians, accounting agents, brokers, portfolio managers, trading, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve front‑to‑back efficiency and strengthen control processes; assist in implementing necessary changes.
  • Act as a steward of risk and controls by maintaining accurate documentation, procedures, and high‑quality outputs.
Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in investment operations; exchange‑traded and cleared derivatives experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of collateral, margin, or other post‑trade operational processes is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and elevate issues appropriately.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities and time‑sensitive deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and demonstrate initiative in identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with Python, SQL, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
