Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking a Product Development Analyst to manage reference data across ICE’s energy, agriculture and derivatives markets. You will draft requirements, support deployment plans, and act as a SME for incident resolution.

You will analyze data with SQL and Excel, coordinate with project teams, and help configure and test new products across multiple systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
2 years of experience with banking, trading, clearing or related industry is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Excel and VBA; SQL/PLSQL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create and execute workflow processes for reference data management.
Validate changes in production and configure in non-production environments.
Investigate data inquiries from stakeholders and escalate as needed.
Analyze product reference data using SQL, Excel, and other tools.
Update product reference data to meet business needs.
Configure, test and deploy new products with project team and stakeholders.
Support deployment of new product initiatives and incident resolution.
Develop requirements and artifacts including use-cases, diagrams, and technical specs.
