  • Maintain integrated test schedules, test-event trackers, action-item logs, decision logs, risk registers, and test-status reports.
  • Prepare for and participate in test readiness reviews, technical interchange meetings, Integrated Test Team meetings, range coordination meetings, program reviews, and senior-leader engagements.
  • Support the development of test scenarios, test objectives, success criteria, measures of performance, measures of effectiveness, instrumentation requirements, and data-collection plans.
  • Review test procedures, test data, modeling and simulation outputs, technical reports, and contractor deliverables to identify data gaps, performance trends, anomalies, deficiencies, and potential risks.
  • Support anomaly investigations, root-cause analyses, corrective-action planning, retest decisions, and closure of test-related action items.
  • Identify technical, schedule, range, resource, safety, integration, configuration, and data-quality risks; develop mitigation options and elevate issues to program leadership.
  • Develop concise briefings, read-aheads, issue papers, executive summaries, test-status updates, and decision-support products for Government leadership.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, program management, contracting, logistics, manufacturing, financial-management, and operational stakeholders to ensure T&E activities remain aligned with overall program priorities.
