• Prepare daily deposits and reconcile collections in accordance with established procedures.
• Process tax bill adjustments, refunds, releases, and other related documents.
• Assist with delinquent tax collection activities and related correspondence.
• Respond to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of taxpayer and financial information.
• Assist with audits, reports, and financial reconciliations.
• Operate office equipment and tax collection software.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Tax Collector.
