Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Engineered Pump Division (EPD) in Bethlehem, PA, is seeking a Project Manager, Deputy to lead customer projects from planning to delivery, coordinating with Contracts, Finance, Quality, Sourcing, Engineering and Operations to meet contract dates. Candidates should have strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, and experience with ERP systems (Oracle) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain security clearances.
Bachelor’s Degree in or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of production, engineering, project, or project management experience or equivalent.
Defense Industry experience or Government contracting familiarity preferred.
Understanding of Supply Chain concepts: planning, scheduling, purchasing, supplier selection, inventory control, logistics.
Strong communication and inter-personal skills; team-oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of customer projects.
Prepares periodic reviews for customers on project status.
Oversees management of project schedules, open issues, and financial performance to budgeted plans.
Coordinates resolution of issues and makes recommendations to senior management.
Directs activities of project planners.
